Round Lake Area Pageant
An informational meeting about the Round Lake Area Pageant will be held at 6 pm on May 12 at the Round Lake Beach Civic Center.
The pageant chooses young women to represent the four villages as ambassadors at community functions throughout the year.
This year's pageant will be at 2 pm June 12.
Applications are open.
In addition, girls ages 13-22 can register for the My Best Me Workshop, which will be at 6:30 pm June 2 at the Civic Center. Attendees don't need to be a pageant contestant to attend. The workshop will focus on providing guidance on areas of: Writing your First Resume or Improving your Current One; Making Your BEST First Impression; Self Care, Finding and Appreciating your Unique You.
