Call J.U.L.I.E. BEFORE YOU DIG! It is very important that you call J.U.L.I.E. at 811 at least two working days before you break ground on your property in order to check for the placement of utility and telecommunication lines underneath your lawn.
** All new residents are required to put a $100 water deposit for houses, and a $200 water deposit for apartments, $200 water deposit for businesses. A Certificate of Occupancy is required by the Village when selling a home or changing tenants. There is a $100.00 fee for this inspection (includes apartments and businesses).
Garbage & Recycling
The Village has a contract with Groot Disposal for waste pick-up.

Groot Disposal observes the following Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Christmas, Thanksgiving, & New Years. Garbage will be picked up one day late.
