Monthly Billing Information

Customers are billed for water and sewer every month. Bills go out on the 1st of the month and are due on the 15th. There is a 10% late charge for anything received after the end of business day on the 15th. After 60 days of no payment, a pink shut off notice will be delivered. If payment in full is not received by the shut off date, service will be disconnected. There is a $50.00 re-connection fee.

Lake Michigan water: $10.75 per 1,000 gallons

Lake County sewage treatment: $3.76 per 1,000 gallons (based on consumption)

• There shall be a minimum billing of $10.00 per month
• There shall be a minimum billing of $10.00 every month
• Lake County Surcharge $1.50 per month
